About Charleston PAR
Whether you are searching for a
home, condominium, beach property, home site, or country estate,

When I arrived in Charleston in 2002, I
was anxious to find just the right home. Little did I realize how
difficult that job becomes if you do not have the right real estate
agent. Even the best agent selling mostly homes may not be that
familiar with condominiums, or those selling historical homes may
rarely set foot in a golf course community. Then there is always one
“super” agent bragging that he or she can do it all. I’m here to tell
you that it is just not possible. With over 100 neighborhoods in the
Charleston area, I needed someone who knew a lot about the type of home
I wanted to buy and the area where I wanted to live. After struggling
through the buying process twice, I decided to become a real estate agent. It was then that I
discovered what the consumer really needs, a way to find the right
agent for the right job, and that’s not so easy, even for a local. We are here to help make that job easier for you, because not all real estate agents are
